Drinks Packs let you pre-order three or five drinks and save compared with purchasing them individually at the venue.
Choose from a Drink Pack containing eligible house drinks, a Beer Pack or a Water Pack.
No. A Drinks Pack only includes drinks and does not give you entry to 528 Ibiza.
You will still need a valid ticket for the event you are attending.
Select the event you are attending, choose your pack and complete your purchase online. Your digital drink tokens will be sent to the email address provided.
Check that you have selected the correct event and entered your email address accurately before paying.
Yes. Mobile signal and internet access can be limited at 528 Ibiza, you could also Print them if you do not wish to bring your phone.
Open your Drinks Pack before travelling and download or screenshot every QR code so it is ready to use at the bar. Do not rely on being able to open your email at the venue. If you do print it please make sure it is scannable by the time it reaches the venue.
Each drink comes as an individual digital token with its own QR code. Show the relevant code at any bar when you order. A member of the team will scan it.
You can redeem your drinks individually throughout the event. Each QR code can only be used once.
Yes, whether you are going or not. Screenshot individual QR codes and send them to friends or other members of your group.
Only send each code to the person who will use it. The first successful scan redeems the token, and copied or repeatedly shared codes do not provide additional drinks.
Alcoholic drinks may only be redeemed by guests aged 18 or over, and photo ID may be requested.
No. Each Drinks Pack is valid only for the event and date selected when it was purchased.
Unused tokens expire at the end of that event. They cannot be carried over to another date, exchanged for cash or refunded.
